Shipping:

For most orders that total over $100, UPS ground service or USPS Priority Mail (at our Descretion)( for shipments in the Continental USA 48 States only) is at no charge. Some exceptions include some larger items and some sale items. Most used or consignment and some open box items may have shipping charges that apply.

Main Trading Company is pleased to announce our continuing policy of free ground shipping on most orders of new equipment over $100. Most factory new radios and accessories qualify for free UPS ground shipping Or Free USPS Priority Mail (at our Descretion).  

Incomplete Orders

If anything is missing from your order, please search through all packing materials as occasionally the smaller parts may be hidden in the package. If the item is not found, notify us at once.

Occasionally, multiple cartons shipped at the same time from the same location will arrive at their destination two or three days apart.

 

If you notify us within 10 days, we will gladly replace lost or damaged items

 

Returns:

Defective items may be returned for an exchange, return or upgrade within 10 days of the purchase date. Non-defective open box items returned within 10 days for credit or refund will be subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee . Special order items, cut cables, software and books are non-returnable. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure you order the correct product for your application (frequency coverage, color, Etc) If you order the wrong product and want to send it back, this is ok, but we can not refund the shipping that we paid to get it to you or the shipping you pay to get it back to us. We are sorry to implement this policy but due to the large number of customers just purchasing the wrong product and sending it back, we had to do something
