We received a load of about 50 of these. All were open box units. Most could have been store returns. After inspecting them all what we decided is most were taken back to the store and the retail store gave the customer either a new control box or a new rotor. They then boxed up a bad rotor or control box with a good one and sent it back to the warehouse. Then we ended up with them. We have gone through them all and put good control boxes with good rotors. We have verified operation. The rotors will come to you with a 30 day warranty through us. We will replace any defective unit if you send the defective unit back to us within 30 days of purchase. You pay the shipping back to us.
